JPH COMMITMENT OF COMPETITION
I understand that in submitting my club’s registration to any JPH event I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates; will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, and Code of Conduct; and that our club, participants and coaches are all USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event.

If registration exceeds the maximum number of clubs allowed, selection will be made in accordance with our Invitation Criteria (see below). Selected clubs will be notified within one week after the close of registration.

*Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be granted after registration deadlines
A full refund will be given to any club not selected
Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel an event, all clubs will receive a prorated refund per cancelled competition date, less $100 admin fee.

*Region 4 hosts two (2) competition dates with a four (4) match guarantee

The maximum number of clubs accepted in each division is eight (8), except U14 Combined is 16.

Although we set maximum registration limits, JPH will continue to review the current event formats in each Region and make every effort to accommodate all interested Clubs wishing to compete in the Junior Premier Outdoor League (JPOL) in their Region.

U16 & U19 ELITE – INVITATION ONLY
Invitations to JPOL Elite in the U16 and U19 divisions will be sent to clubs based on the following criteria (8 maximum):

1. Top four (4) U16 & U19 clubs from the previous year’s JPOL Elite (1st – 4th Place)
2. Four additional U16 & U19 clubs will be selected and invited by JPH Directors

IMPORTANT: Clubs and/or Coaches receiving notification for refusing to follow the Rules & Regulations and/or a breach of the Code of Conduct at any of the previous year’s JPOL events, may not be considered or accepted to participate regardless of their performance and final ranking.

U14 COMBINED
Each club may register one team in the U14 Combined, however, clubs may choose to register a second team. If more than sixteen (16) clubs/teams register, only one team will be accepted.

Should more than 16 Clubs register by the stated deadline, selection will be based on the following criteria:

1. Clubs that did not forfeit any of its scheduled games or withdraw from any JPH event (JPOL/JPIL) over the previous three years
2. Final Ranking in the most recently concluded JPOL in that Region (1^st – 8^th)
3. Clubs receiving a special invitation from JPH Directors
4. New Clubs based on most recent USA FH ranking

REGION 1-4 NE/NY
Registration is limited to eight (8) teams per age division.

Registration is first come, first serve. Clubs are welcome to register more than one team, however, we cannot guarantee that your teams will not play each other.

REGION 5 PA – REGION 6 NJ – REGION 7 MD/DE – REGION 8 South
Each club may register one team in each of the U16 & U19 division of their Region’s JPOL. Any club wishing to register a second team must submit an Official Written Request to JPH Directors prior to the Registration Deadline. Once registration closes, JPH will advise of acceptance of the second team.

Should more than 8 Clubs register by the stated deadline, selection will be based on the following criteria:

1. Clubs not Invited to the JPOL Elite in the respective division
2. Clubs domiciled within the Region
3. Clubs that did not forfeit any of its scheduled games or withdraw from any JPH event (JPOL/JPIL) over the previous three years
4. Final Ranking in the most recently concluded JPOL in that Region (1^st – 4^th)
5. Clubs receiving a special invitation from JPH Directors
6. New clubs based on most recent USA FH ranking

PARTICIPATION OUTSIDE OF DOMICILE REGION
JPH will continue to entertain clubs interested in participating outside of their respective Domicile Region, based on the following criteria:

1. The maximum number of registrations has not been met in the non-Domicile Region
2. Submit an Official Written Request to JPH prior to the Registration Deadline
3. Have not forfeited or withdrawn from any JPH events in the preceding three years
4. Have Registered a team in the same Division in their respective Region

Final selection will be based on:

• Previous participation in and most recent JPOL Ranking in Division of the non-Domicile Region
• Most recent JPOL Ranking in Division of Domicile Region.

TEAM ROSTER VERIFICATION DEADLINES
Team Rosters are due on the SUNDAY PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST COMPETITION DATE at 11:45pm via USA FH online roster verification system.

No additions or changes are permitted to Team Rosters past the roster verification deadlines for the duration of the season. Should any changes be necessary beyond the deadline, a $50 late fee will be charged prior to processing the request.

TEAM ROSTERS
Unlimited players and coaches for ALL JPH EVENTS
Players may play up two (2) age divisions
Players may play for more than one age division on any date/weekend provided they are verified on each age division’s Team Roster
Players may not play on more than one team in the same event/age division
Club Affiliation IS required for Elite, R5, R6, & U14
Club Affiliation is NOT required for R1-4, R7, & R8
College players are NOT eligible to participate
Boys are permitted to participate based on approval from other participating clubs, JPH Boys Participation Policy
All clubs, participants & coaches must be USA FH members in good standing for the entire duration of their event

MATCH LINEUPS
18 player and 2 coach maximum per match
Players & staff can be selected from your verified Team Roster (see above)
Match Lineups must be submitted via AltiusRT by 12noon the Friday preceding each competition date
Match Lineups may be adjusted up to 1 hour prior to match time
Failure to enter match lineups by Friday at 12noon will result in no individual goal stats kept for your players.
